Summary: Good size great for big families. Missing some kitchen items like a griddle and some new pots and pans and utensils . Also those pillows and beds are not comfortable. Should have had thicker quilts due to cold weather. Besides all the negative things we made it work.

Summary: Had family in town for daughter’s wedding. Place was a perfect spot for small gatherings in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Plenty of space inside and out. Overall great value and exactly what we needed. Only issue was trying to find the house at night was a bit of a challenge but got it figured out.

Summary: We picked this listing because of the location, amenities and size since we had a group of about 20 people, mom’s and 10-12 yr old boys. It was great for our large group. The grass was long and itchy so a mowed path down to the pond would have been nice. Overall, the house just needs some sprucing up - it seems worn and in need of some TLC. More bath towels are definitely needed, and some additional, softer pillows would be a nice to have as the ones available were all very hard. We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciate the use of the property for our getaway!

Summary: We brought 12 teenagers (and adults too) to this property for both fun and study time. It was amazing! So much space! Our teens LOVED the basketball court especially! Plenty of places to sleep and spread out. We encountered a broken water heater that affected one of the bathrooms so that was a bummer but the owner was doing his best to get it fixed for us. Stuff happens. We would definitely book here again!!

Summary: 12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.
